- 1. Request for Certification (RFC),
- 2. Final invoice / Packing List
- 3. Copy of Transport document (BL, AWB, Road certificate...)
- 4. Declared Border Point of Entry in Iraq (can be completed on the RFC or in any other communication from exporter)
- 5. Declaration of Conformity (only for Route B – Registration-)
- 6. Information and pictures about product marking and labeling (copies of labels / prints or pictures of those)
